The park has a lot of character and the emphasis is on a very natural look with fine mature trees, mown grass and thick hedgerows. The pitches are best described as grassy and level to gently sloping. Some in shade and some open. Some with lovely views and some which are secluded. Electric hook-up is available only in the top part of the park, is a minimum of 10 amps and is charged for on a nightly basis. The fields at the lower end of the park are for camping and group rallies. BBQ's are allowed so long as they are kept off the grass (so it doesn't get scorched) but open fires are not permitted. There is plenty of room for children to run and cycle around without disturbing anyone.
